eurekaMINDSPACE services model

Every organisation has untapped potential. The difference between thriving and merely surviving lies in three critical areas: having a clear strategy that actually gets implemented, building organisations and teams that communicate effectively and tackle challenges head-on, and creating processes, systems and workflows that enhance rather than hinder productivity.
Our proven approach focuses on these three interconnected elements – because when your strategy, teams, and workflows align, that’s when potential becomes performance.

Where vision meets action

Effective Strategy

The difference between thriving and merely surviving starts with having a clear strategy that actually gets implemented, not another document gathering dust on a shelf.

Effective Workflows

The best teams in the world still struggle if their workflows are broken. We help organisations identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and create systems that support great work.

Business Process and Workflow Mapping

You can’t fix what you can’t see. We work with your team to map how work actually flows through your organisation, not what the policy manual says should happen, but what genuinely occurs day-to-day. By documenting processes step-by-step, we help you identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and gaps causing delays or frustration. This clarity is essential whether you’re improving current operations, preparing for software implementation, or simply trying to understand why things take longer than they should.

Ideal for: Organisations implementing new systems, teams experiencing workflow confusion, businesses preparing for growth or change.

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a discount for registered Not-For-Profit (NFP) organisations, please contact us to discuss this. APOD members can also access a discount on all our services via the APOD app.

We occasionally offer pro-bono services, primarily for NFP organisations who genuinely can’t afford professional facilitation but would benefit significantly from our support. We also consider discounted rates on a case-by-case basis. We’re always happy to discuss your organisation’s specific requirements and budget constraints to explore how we might be able to help make our services accessible to you.

Workshop duration varies considerably depending on the content and your objectives. We might run a focused 2-hour session on communication styles, whilst strategic planning workshops typically require a full day or even multiple days. We tailor our delivery timeframe to match each client’s specific requirements, schedule constraints, and desired outcomes rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Yes, we facilitate sessions for fully remote teams using video conferencing platforms. However, we don’t run hybrid sessions where some participants are in-person whilst others join remotely, as this creates an uneven experience and compromises the effectiveness of group activities. We’ll work with you to determine whether a fully virtual or fully in-person approach will work best for your team.

Our preference will always be for in-person workshops as experience has shown that participants interact, absorb, and learn better in person. However, we acknowledge this isn’t always practical or possible.

We’re flexible on this front. Many clients prefer to use their own facilities, but we’re happy to organise appropriate workshop spaces and facilities if that’s more convenient for you. We’ll discuss venue requirements during our planning conversations to ensure the space supports the activities we’ll be running.

Yes, we do offer package arrangements when clients are engaging us for multiple services or extended programs. Rather than applying a standard discount percentage, we consider each client’s unique combination of requirements and create pricing that reflects the scope and value of the overall engagement. This approach often provides better value than purchasing services individually.

Yes, we provide professional development certificates for all workshop participants as standard practice. PDF certificates are emailed to all attendees within one week of completing the workshop, detailing the specific training content covered and the number of professional development hours earned. This service is included in all our workshop packages at no additional cost.

Yes, we require a minimum of three participants. Below this number, the group dynamics that make workshops effective simply don’t develop properly, and you’d likely get better value from individual coaching or consulting sessions instead.

Preparation requirements vary significantly depending on the type of workshop and your specific objectives. We’ll detail all necessary materials, pre-work, and preparation steps in your engagement contract. This might include anything from completing assessment profiles beforehand to gathering specific organisational documents or simply ensuring participants come ready to engage openly in discussions.

Yes, when requested by clients. Follow-up support might include check-in sessions to review progress, additional coaching for key participants, or help implementing action plans developed during the workshop. We find that follow-up significantly increases the long-term impact of workshop outcomes, so we’re always happy to discuss ongoing support options.

We’re happy to travel for engagements. Within an hour’s drive of Perth, there are no additional travel charges. For locations beyond this, we charge actual travel costs including fares, accommodation, meals, and local transport, plus either an hourly or daily fee for travel time depending on the distance involved. We’ll provide a detailed breakdown of any travel costs when discussing your engagement.
