Ian Jones
Director
He/Him
Ian is an experienced facilitator, management consultant and Certified Human Potential Coach and ICF ACC Coach. He has a masters degree in management and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Ian’s background includes a career in business, programs and projects, , strategy, analysis, risk, systems thinking, supply chain planning,and organisation development. He is an experiential leadership and team facilitator and supports people in their personal growth.
Ian has worked across the resources, government, not-for-profit, utilities and supply chain sectors, and is passionate about working with businesses, teams and individuals to unearth their potential.
Melinda Deasey
Principal Consultant

Melinda brings extensive experience across government and private sector roles, with particular expertise in strategic planning and facilitation for small businesses and not-for-profit organizations. As a PRINT and DISC accredited specialist and certified speaking coach, she combines professional development tools with practical workshop facilitation skills.
Her skills includes career and executive coaching, helping professionals and organisations identify and pursue growth opportunities. Melinda’s cross-sector experience and facilitation expertise make her a valuable resource for organisations looking to enhance their strategic direction and team effectiveness.
Buena Kortum

eurekaMINDSPACE is pleased to partner with Buena Kortum of Tama Consulting.
Buena brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across private enterprise, State and Local Government, and the not‑for‑profit sector. She works with executives, senior leaders, and multi‑disciplinary teams in Australia and overseas. She is a Certified Management Consultant and an experienced Board Director.
Her expertise spans strategy development and business planning, driving business solutions, delivering improvement initiatives, establishing organisational service delivery models, leading stakeholder engagement, and implementing technology to enable transformation and organisation‑wide adoption.
